Of course, your bath towels seem fresh, but why do they have a funny mold-like or sour-like smell? Laundry detergent typically cleans away odors and most smells, though not continuously. In some cases, a smell can be difficult to take out, regardless of repeat laundering. It is a substantial serious pain to expend your time cleaning and drying your linens, only to discover a unique odor resides within them. You merely lack time and energy to fool around, correct? You may have attempted to wash them more than once before tossing in the dryer, but it didn't seem to eliminate the problem, right? Regardless of how many times you wash those towels, no matter what type they are; the residues that get left behind build up. Every time they get washed, regardless of getting dried or not, the residue continues to build up. This buildup leads to missed areas that do not get cleaned, due to the wash water not being able to penetrate deep inside the towels. 

You can easily push this problem aside. There exists an approach to the challenge that literally brings your restroom towels straight back to being almost new.

Step #1 begins with hot water and 1 cup of vinegar in your clothes washer. Only place vinegar inside the machine and leave the laundry soap alone, simply because it can impact the final results.

Upon completion of round 1, repeat that step, but use a half cup of baking soda instead of vinegar. Just as before, don't use laundry detergent or fabric softener. After that cycle completes, put the linens in the dryer and the process will be completed. After the dryer finishes, you should have towels that smell great!

If the odor problem in your towels does not go away, then the washer is probably causing the problem. Try using washing machine freshener to clear away the odors belonging to the washing machine.

Typically, washer fresheners are in tablet form and widely available at washing machine retailers. Be sure to follow the instructions completely. Check your manufacturer's guidelines or instructions to ensure proper use. If instructions are not available, check the manufacturer's website for a user guide.
